It back to the gym today and it was straight on to the cross trainer intervals level 14. Not my highest pace but I got through 30 mins. 370 callores and 1.51km.It was on to tri push down macystarting with 42kg and going up to 57kg.
Cable machine next and rope pull downs 16kg up to 28kg.
Overhead pulls next and starting with 20kg up to 28kg.
Cable bar pull down 16kg up to 28kg.
French press to finish starting with 17.5kg down to 15kg.
It was a good session I need to keep it going 🤔
