Leg day !

 

It’s back to the gym today and it’s leg day again, starting off with the cross trainer on intervals level 13 I managed to get more distance 2.4km and 450 calories. 

It was on to hack squats and I just kept it the same with 57kg up to 67kg. 

Leg press next and starting with 50kg going up to 70kg.

Leg extensions next and starting with 50kg going up to 65kg.

Leg curls next and as always a mirror of extensions. 

I called it a day and headed home.
