Gym day, shoulders.
After a week away it's a return to the gym and I started off with rowing. It was a bit of a struggle but I managed 3677meter in 30mins.
On to shoulders it was lateral raises first 20kg up to 26kg.
Shoulder presses next 20kg up to 35kg
Then it was upright tows and presses only with 17.5kg and 20kg berbells.
Some plate raises to finish with a 10kg plate.
Not the hardest work out but it was ok. I'm going to make it more regular.
