Gym day legs.

 It’s a return to the gym today and it’s leg day. I started off with the cross trainer on intervals. 1.55km and 416 calories over 30mins.

On to hack squats and the normal 57kg up to 67kg. 
On to leg curls and 50kg up to 57kg.

Leg extensions and the sands as curls. 

Leg press and 50kg up to 80kg.

It was good session all in all.
