Gym day legs
It's back to the gym today to where I was physically after my week away. It was cross trainer to start with intervals on 15. It was 30 mins and 470 calories over 1.7km not bad going.
On to hack squats and 57kg up to 67kg felt good today should go up next week.
Leg extensions next and starting with 50kg going up to 65kg again I'll need to up the weight next week.
Leg curls where a mirrorof extensions.
The leg press machine was free so it was on and 50kg going up to 100kg felt good.
Calf raises to finish 30kg and up to 50kg
It was good to be back and training again.
