Gym again tri-ing hard

It was a return to the gym today and cross trainer to start, it was an easy pace and I covered 1.6km in 30 mins and got through 430kc
On to the tri press machine and starting high at 50kg and going up to 65kg. I did have a slight niggle with cramp but it eased off.
On to cable pull downs and starting low with 15kg I worked up to 21.25kg nice and slow.
Overhead pulls and starting on 17.5kg going up to 25kg.
Rope pull downs and starting low again on 15kg working up to 21.25kg nice and slow.
Bar presses next and 20kg over 7 sets until failure.
It was a nice training session and I pushed to be a bit heavier today.
