To the gym and back
It was gym day yesterday and it was Rowing to start. It was a reasonable psce 3715m over 30 minutes.
On to back next and deadlift to start adding 20kg to a bar then another 10kg it was ok.
Rowing next and starting with 42.5kg going up to 57.5kg
Last pull down 50kg going up to 65kg whichwas tough.
Cable rows next starting off with 50kg then up to 60kg
Rear delts next and starting light with 7.5kg going up to 21kg.
It was a nice session.
