Gym today, legs

 

It was back to the gym today and legs. I hit the cross trainer to start and intervals on 14 for 30 mins. 479 cals an 1.59km. 

On to hack squats and again with just the resistance of the machine then adding 10kg. 

On to calf raises next and starting with 40kg then adding 10kg

Leg extensions next starting with 50kg going up to 65kg

Leg curls next and a mirror of the extensions

Leg press with the machine next starting with 70kg and going up to 95kg 

I had some time and did some abs 65kg up to 80kg 

It was a good work out, have fun stay safe 👍🏼
