Gym day, triceps
It's a return to the gym and cross training to start intervals on level 14 and pushing hard with 53% in level 4 hear rate. 478 calories and 1.67km.
On to triceps and abs it was the cable machine to start. With a bar fitted it was 15kg working up to 25kg.
Over head pulls next starting with 17kg going up to 28kg
Rope pull downs next and again starting at 15kg working up to 25kg and failure.
On to the tri machine next starting with 42.5kg going up to 65kg it was my limit.
French press with two bars 17.5kg and 20kgnice and slowly.
Ab crunches next and starting with 50kg going up to 72kg it felt good.
