Gym day shoulders.


 It was an afternoon at the gym yesterday. Starting off with rowing it was 3719 meters in 30 mins not my fastest. 

On to the shoulder work out starting with iso press machine. 20kgs going up to 30kg 

Lateral press machine next starting with 20kg going up to 25kg 

Shoulder presses with a bar next starting with 17.5kg going up to 20kg.

Upright rows using the same bars 

Lateral raises with some plates 2x2.5kg and the 2x5kg to get those last burning. 

Shoulder press on a machine to finish starting with 20kg going up to 26kg and failure.
