Gym day legs

 

It's a return to the gym today and it's leg day again. I started off with cross trainer intervals on level 14, I was a bit of a slog and I only managed 1.55km and 470 calories. 

On to hack squats and 57kg up to 67kg I know I’m stuck on these weights but they are a grind. 

Leg press starting with 50kg going up to 100kg. 

Leg extensions 50kg going up to 65kg, 65kg was a struggle tbh. 

Leg curls next and a mirror of extensions. 

Some quick calf raises 40kg going up to 50kg.


It was a good work out, have fun stay safe 👍🏼
