gym day legs
It was a return to the gym yesterday and it was leg day. Starting off with rowing I managed to get 3918 meters in 30 mins.
On to hack squats and with just the machine resistance then adding 10kg
On to leg presses and starting with 50kg going up to 100kg
Leg extension next and starting with 42.5kg going up to 65kg which was a struggle.
For leg curls I had to use the prone machine and started at 43kg going up to 69kg which was failure.
It was a good session so much that I had to have an early night to recover.
