First gym of the week.
It's a return to the gym today and it was rowing machine to start off. Not a high pace but ok. 3865 meters in 30 mins.
It was machine curls to start starting with 20kg going up to 37kg
Preacher with an Ez bar adding 20kg then 5kg more.
Preacher with plates 20kg then adding 5kg it was tough going.
Cable curls next and starting with 12.5kg going up to 17.5kg slowly.
Bar curls next and 20kg going down to 17.5kg nice slow curls.
Some lat pull downs to finish 35kg going up to 42.5kg just to kill it off.
It was a nice session.
