Course work and Walking to Windsor in the rain !

 

I had roughly scheduled out today's activities last week and I stuck to that plan. I woke up and worked through some course work on my customer service course, I had the second half of module six to get through and I spent 3 hours wading through it. I had a little surf on you tube while I tried to get back to reality.

I then put on my boots, jacket and headphones and headed out for a walk. The weather was wet and windy but with my headphones on I was in my own world and the miles were soon tumbling. I got into the Long walk in Windsor and it was mostly empty just the occasional member of the Coldstream Guards out for a jog subtlely they like to wear their regiment T-shirts when out jogging. I went to Pizza express for lunch, still working my way towards that golden pizza in the app! It was a wet walk home to chill for the evening. 

Only one module to go on the customer service course before it's complete and then I'll look for a new challenge once it's been marked and awarded.

Sales, shopping and storms

  Last night I listed some of the golf balls on eBay, the Titleist Pro V1’s and the TruFeel’s. Now it’s a crowded market on eBay so I placed them on promotion to be listed top. This morning I had sold both listings not for much but it’s a start.  After a quick visit to Tesco it was down to the local parcel shop to send them off.  It was an afternoon of preparing more golf balls to be listed and then a quick walk up Rowley lane and a big haul of 28 balls. When I inspected them at home three of the more valuable ones had small splits so we’re condemned to the bin.  I’ll keep you posted on more sales, have fun stay safe πŸ‘πŸΌ

Afternoon walk

  It was an afternoon walk, I headed up to Rowley path as I feel there might have been a few Christmas golfers. I made it up to the top of the path and back. I found 11 balls today which was good going. The farmer had also been out with the chainsaw making the path safe by cutting some fallen trees. He’d left a can of two stroke petrol/oil mix near the tree so I grabbed it and left it on a fence post near to the farm for them to find in the daylight. It was a nice walk, I’ve finished Phoenix and I’m onto a new book so look out for a bad review.  Have fun stay safe πŸ‘πŸΌ
