Back to the gym, leg day!
After walking around London yesterday it's a return to the gym today. Starting off with cross trainer intervals on 14 it was 2.6km and 479 calories in 30 mins.
On to hack squats and with just the machine first then adding 10kg
On to leg press starting with 50kg going up to 80kg to finish.
Leg extensions starting with 50kg going up to 65kg
Leg curls was a mirror of extensions.
Calf raises to finish starting with 50kg and then 70kg to end the work out.
It was a nice session today, legs a bit tight after lots of walking yesterday.
