Morning at the gym ! Triceps
It was a mid morning trip to the gym, kicking off with the rowing machine I felt good so was able to pull a bit harder and got 4181 meters in 30 mins and 370 calories.
On to triceps next and a the cable machine was free so I started there.
The bar was already fitted so I started there, nice and light with 16.5kg going up to 28kg
Over head pulls next with rope fitted again starting with 16.5kg and working up to 32kg
Rope pull downs starting with 20kg and going up to 28kg slowly.
The tricep machine was free so I jumped on starting with 42.5kg working up to 57.5kg
On to the bars next and kicking off with a 20kg bar French press going up to 30kg
I wanted to ad some ab crunches starting with 65kg and working up to 80kg
A nice work out and a lot achieved
