Leg day
It's back to the gym today after a rest yesterday. It was cross trainer to start on intervals level 15 good going only 1.45 km but 418 calories burned and some legs ready to go.
On to hack squats and there was 15kg added to the machine I didn't realize until deep into it so it was 72kg dropping to 57kg.
Leg presses next and 50kg going up to 70 kg.
Leg extensions 50kg going up to 65kg
Leg curls 50kg up to 65kg.
It all felt ok and no notable problems.
