Leg day

 

I wish !
It's a return to the gym and it's leg day again. It was rowing to start not a fast one just 3605m in 30 minutes. 

Hack squats first and with just the machine to start with adding 10 kg 

Leg press next and starting with 50kg working up to 100kg. 

Leg extensions next starting with 42.5kg going up to 57kg 

Leg curls mirrored extensions.

It was tough going today and a struggle with the presses it’s all progress
