Gym day
It’s back to the gym today and it was cross trainer intervals to start off. It was intervals on level 15 and 2.37 km with 438 calories.
It was on to biceps and preacher to start with an ez bar. 20kg added to start then another 10kg.
Machine preacher next started with 20kg then adding 10kg.
Cable curls next and starting with 10kg nice and slow then going up to 12.5kg.
I did some Lat pull downs starting with 35kg the going up to 50kg
Bar curls next and starting with 17.5kg going up to 20kg.
Then bicep curl machine starting with 20kg up to 27kg and failure.
