Gym and chest

 

It’s back to the gym today and it was rowing to start pushing a bit harder today it was 3940 metres in 30 mins and 352 calories. 

Narrow chest press to start starting on 27kg going up to 35kg 

On to machine flys it was 42kg to start going up to 65kg nice and slow.

Incline press and starting with a bar and working up to adding 15kg nice slow presses. 

The main cable machine was free so I grabbed it for some cable flys 2x10kg nice and slow then upped to 12.5kg per side. 

Some wide chest press to finish starting with 25kg going up to 32kg until failure!
