Back to the gym
It's a return to the gym and it was crosstrainer to start. It was intervals on level 15 I pushed a bit harder then normal and covered 1.55km and 472 callores.
It was onto legs and the leg room at the gym was busy so I started off with leg extensions starting at 42.5kg and going up to 65kg.
Leg curls next and it was a mirror of extensions weight wise.
Hack squats next and with just the machines resistance to start then adding 10 kg. The machine has 57.5kg resistance built in.
Leg press with plates next and starting off with 50kg going up to 100kg it felt ok.
It was home to chill for a bit then attempt some more course work.
