Leg day and more course work.

 

Back to the gym today and it’s leg day. Cross trainer to start with level 15 intervals. It was 30 minutes and 410 calories. 

On to hack squats and just the 57kg of the machine to start then adding 10kg it was a grind. 

Leg press next and 50kg working up to 70kgs it was hard going but I got there. 

Leg extensions next starting with 50kg going up to 66kg higher than last week ! 

Prone leg curls to finish starting at 39kg and only going up to 46kg my legs were finished I had to call it a day. 

I came home and worked through some course work only two questions but the answers required some examples and explanation.
