Gym day biceps πͺ
It’s a return to the gym today and some rowing to start, not very fast with tired legs 3661 metres in 30 mins.
On to biceps next and starting off with curls on the machine. 20kg working up to 42.kg.
On to preacher next and added 10kg to and ez bar going up to 25kg added.
Some nice cable curls not so heavy 13kg up to 22kg
Then it was bar curls nice and slow 17.5kg and 20kg bars just to get the burn !
Had a bit of time so added some rows at the end 35kg and 42.5 kg.
A nice session and some good exercises the gym wasn’t too busy which is always nice.
