Back to the gym

 

A return to the gym today for rowing and back. It was toeing to warm up 3733 meters in 30 mins and 270 calories. 

It was to a back workout starting with deadlifts. Not heavy adding 20kg to start then upping it to 30kg.

Reverse fly next with 42g to start then upping it to 50kg followed by 57kg. 

Rows next smdthe new machine pictured I had 25kg a side then added two 5kg plates. 

Some lat pull downs 50kg going up to 60kgs on the machine. 

Narrow cable rows next 50 kg up to 57kg.

Rear delts to finish with a rope, nice and light 13kg up to 16kg
