Return to the gym !
It’s a return to the gym today after only the odd visit over the last six weeks I need to make it a habit again.
It was cross trainer intervals to start I managed to grind through 30 mins on level 14.
I went o to do a shoulders set only a short one to start with.
It was machine shoulder press on 20kg going down to 17.5kg
Then lateral raises on a machine again starting with 20kg and dropping down to 17.5kg
Bar press next 20 kg going down to 15kg, followed by front plate raises 20kg to 15kg.
It’s not much weight but it’s a place to build from.
