Gym day, Tri’s


It’s a return to the gym today starting with cross trainer intervals on 14. I actually put in a good effort today and got through 400 calories. 

It was on to tri push downs 32kg to start and then up to 45kg’s 

On to the cable machine next and pull downs with a bar nice and slow starting with 16kg going up to 25kg. 

Over head pulls with a rope next starting light with 16kg again working up to 25kg. 

Rope pull downs next starting with 16kg smd going up to 25kg which was a bit of a struggle. 

Bar press to finish 15kg going up to 17.5kg the numbers aren’t great but I’m working on it. 

It was a nice work out and I’m getting there with regards to make it a routine.
