Gym day, Tri’s
It was on to tri push downs 32kg to start and then up to 45kg’s
On to the cable machine next and pull downs with a bar nice and slow starting with 16kg going up to 25kg.
Over head pulls with a rope next starting light with 16kg again working up to 25kg.
Rope pull downs next starting with 16kg smd going up to 25kg which was a bit of a struggle.
Bar press to finish 15kg going up to 17.5kg the numbers aren’t great but I’m working on it.
It was a nice work out and I’m getting there with regards to make it a routine.
