Gym again, chest !
It’s back to the gym today and that will make 3 times this week so getting back up to speed. I’d forgotten to charge my Wahoo so no heart rate monitor today. Lucky I did charge the headphones so I could listen to my latest book.
It was cross trainer intervals to start on 14, normally this is around 400 calories.
It was on to a chest work out, starting with the press machine on 20kg going up to 27kg.
Machine flys next starting low at 35kg and going up to 55kg it felt ok.
Cable flys next nice and low weight with a slow fly. 7.5kg and 10kg a side.
Decline press next with 10kg added to the bar then adding another 5kg it was good.
Wide machine press next and starting with 19kg going up to 33kg to kill it off.
A nice training session, I think I’ve earned a rest tomorrow. Have fun stay safe ππΌ
