Gym Tri’s
It’s back to the gym this lunch time, started off with cross trainer intervals on level 14 it was hard going but I pushed on.
The machine to start ad 50kg push downs going up to 57kg it was near my limit.
On to the cable machine next, with a flat bar attached it was 16kg working up to 28kg.
Overhead pulls next with the rope and 18kg up to 28kg
Slow rope pull downs next starting at 18kg and going up to 28kg
I picked up some bars 20kg press dropping down to 17.5kg
Plate presses to finish 15kg and down to 10kg.
It was a nice work out and I need to get back to making it a habit.
