Return to the gym

 

After just over a week away it’s a return to the gym.

It was rowing machine to kick off at an easy pace, 3800 meters in 30 mins was a goo warm up. 

On to the curling machine starting off with 20kg and going up to 35kg. 

Preacher with a ez bar next again pushing starting with 20kg on the bar then upping it to 30kg it was a struggle but good. 

An easy set next with cable curls starting with 16.5kg and going up to 28kg to finish off.

Preacher with plates next starting with 15kg and going up to 20kg to finish off. 

Some rowing to end starting with a light 33kg and rounding it off with 45kg. 

It was a nice return and I’m glad I went, lots of work to do now let’s see !
