Rest

It’s been a busy week exercise wise, three visits to the gym and 56 miles of walking adds up to 27 hours since Monday morning. It was catching up with me, while at work I was struggling to stay awake and had to go and freshen up. 

When I got home it really hit me like a brick, I had big plans this morning of going out for a cycle in the afternoon warmth. When hit the sofa I turned into a dribbling wreck and I was soon away on a nap. It might have been helped by the first England vs India test on the tv which was rather slow paced. 

Tomorrow I’m hoping to be more active so watch this space.
