Gym day

 

It’s back to the gym today and I started off with cross trainer intervals on 14 it was a good slog and was a good warm up. 

It was forearm to start with 17.5kg to start then going up to 20kg I did two exercises. 

It was on to narrow cable rows next and 50kg to start going up to 60kg 

I went on the T bar to finish not heavy starting with 20 kg and dropping down to 15kg.

It was a nice workout I didn’t really push too hard but it was nice to get in and get something done.
