Gym day, shoulders
After taking yesterday off as a recovery day it’s a return to the gym today. I wasn’t really in the right frame of mind but I thought I’d grind out something.
It was rowing to warm up I tried to keep the pace reasonable at 4km over 30 mins which I achieved.
It was on to shoulder press machine to kick off and starting with 20kg and going up to 35kg.
It was on to a free bar and press first 20kg and going up to 30kg it wasn’t to bad but I was feeling flat so didn’t want to push.
Upright row next and I tried to mirror the press with the bar.
Lateral raises next on the machine and starting with 20kg going up to 33kg nice and slow.
To finish it was front plate raises and starting with a 15kg plate going up to a 20kg plate.
It wasn’t the best session and more a case of getting through it, I’ll take stock and try to push harder tomorrow!
