Gym again and tri harder !

 

It’s a return to the gym two days in a row this might become a habit. I did contemplate my excuses on the way there but glossed over them, my last hope was the car park being full but it wasn’t ! 

It was cross trainer intervals the only cross trainer available was the one showing the battery error that the PT’s ignore, I even got rebuffed once when reporting it. “Well it doesn’t really run on battery’s” one PT told me ! When it’s not plugged into a socket either. I did 30 mins and burned 400 calories. 

It was on to triceps the cable machine was the only one empty so it was pull downs with a bar first. Staring with 16.5kg and going up to 28kg 

Over head pulls with a rope next and starting at 16.5kg going up to 32kg 

Rope pull downs next and starting at 20kg and going up to 28kg 

On to the tricep machine next and starting at 50kg and going up to 57kg 

Overhead plate press starting with 15kg and going up to 25 kg.

I bolted on some ab crunches and starting with 72kg and going up to 80kg 

It was a nice session I walked out into the nice cool rain which was nice and refreshing.
