General workout

A return to the gym for just a general day nothing specific. 

I started off with rowing 3825 meters in 30 minutes. Not my best but ok. 

Forearm exercises next forwards over a bench, 20kg to start then 30kg. 

Behind the back next using the same weight. 

Abs next on the machine working up from 65kg to 80kg felt good. 

Just some Lat pull downs to finish 50kg up to 65kg not much today but I made it in at least.
