Chest day

I started off with cross trainer intervals on 14 it felt ok the inclines were a slog but that’s to be expected.
It was on to chest press with the machine starting off light with 20kg and going up to 35kg.
Flys next on the machine starting at 50kg going up to 55kg
Decline bar next starting of with 10kg and going up to 20kg added it was a bit of a struggle.
Incline bar and I added 20kg and it was hard really hard going pushed through three sets then dropped down to 10kg
Cable flys next and starting with 10kg per side going up to 12.5kg nice and slow to kill it off.
It was a nice session but of a struggle after a lot of cycling yesterday but worth it a shot.
