Back to the gym
It’s a return to the gym and I started off with 30mins of rowing not the quickest pace but steady.
It was on to a back workout starting with deadlifts adding on 20kg and then 30kg.
Reverse fly next and starting with 50kg and going up to 68kg.
Rowing next and again kicking off with 50kg smd going up to 57kg.
Lat pull downs 42.4kg and going up to 57kg it was a grind.
Rear delt rope pulls next starting at 10kg and going up to 16kg.
