Triceps and abs
It’s gym day again despite the nice weather. I started off with some cross trainer intervals on level 15 a bit of a slog today but 450 calories over 30 mins and my knees held up.
It was on to triceps as the rope was already on the cable I started with rope pull downs not heavy to start 16kg working up to 28kg
Over head pulls next starting with 20kg and going up to 32kg it was a bit of a grind.
Putting a bar on the cable for pull downs it was 20kg u to 32kg.
The tricep machine was free so starting with 36kg and working up to 56kg it felt good to push.
On to a French press and 30kg to failure then 20kg to finish off.
I wanted to get some abs in so starting with 65kg and going up to 80kg.
It was a nice work out pushing a bit more and feeling good.
