Gym shoulders
It’s a return to the gym and today I’m training shoulders.
It was rowing to start and I did a nice east row for 30 mins.
Shoulder press to start and 20kg rising to 27kg on the machine. To start with.
The Lat raise machine was in use so it was on to the bar 20kg press to kick off then 30 kgs it was heavy but ok.
Upright rows and I tried to mirror the press with my sets.
Plate raises starting with 10kg then up to 15kg looking at my form.
Lateral raise machine still in use I picked up a pair of 6kg dumbbells and worked it to failure.
It’s an ok set but I must try harder.
