Gym and shoulders

 

It’s back to the gym today and with a nice east row to start it was on to a shoulder routine. 

Shoulder press machine first nice and light to kick off 20kg going up to 30kg

Lateral raise machine again starting low at 20 and going up to 25kg. 

Upright rows next 20kg going up to 35kg and mirrored in military press.

Front plate raises 10kg up to 20kg 

Ab crunch’s on the machine to finish off 72.5kg up to 80kg.
