Gym and chest.

 

It’s back to the gym today and feeling better I was determined to put a shift in.  

I started off with cross trainer intervals and covered 2.6k in 30 mins. 

On to chest press with the machine low weight to start 20kg working up to 36kg 

Flys on the machine next starting on a comfortable 42kg and going up to 56kg 

Incline press next adding 10kg to a bar then upping it to 20kg 

Then on to cable flys because the station was free and it’s one of the most used machines. Starting with 7.5kg a nice nice and slow then working up to 15kg 

Decline press next with 10kg on the bar then upping it to 20kg added until it became heavy. 

To finish off it was wide machine press starting with 19kg and working up to 33kg again. 

It was a good session and I’m glad I’m feeling better.
