General gym

 

Yesterday afternoon as I write I went to the gym I have an ear infection in my right ear so I wasn’t sure how this would affect me. 

I started off with rowing machine and I pushed a bit getting just under 4 km in 30 minutes. 

On to forearm next only 20kg to start going up to 25kg that was out front and then again behind the back because already had the bad set up. 

Some abs next only the machine starting with 65kg and going up to 80kg to finish.

Cable rows next and an easy 42kg going up to 55kg to finish off. 

Calf raises seated to wrap things up 40kg to start going up to 60kg 

Despite the ear infection it was a good session and I’m pleased I was able to push with the rowing to start !
