Back to the gym !

 

It’s a bank holiday Monday and the weather has turned from nice warm and sunny last week to cold grey and miserable today. 

Not sure if it’s the change in weather but I really didn’t feel like heading to the gym and when I got there is was busy and most of the equipment was in use. So it was just a quick session to stay active and hopefully I’ll feel better later in the week. 

It was rowing machine to start because the cross trainers were full and a nice 30mins at a good pace. 

Rowing with the weight machine starting off at 50kg and dropping down to 42kg.

Rear delt pull next starting with 13 kg and concentration on form working up to 28kg. 

Lateral raise machine pull down and 42kg and up to 58kg 

Then some cable rows to finish off 50kg up to 58kg.
