Triceps
It’s a return to the gym after a recovery day and it’s Tri’s today.
It was cross trainer to start and intervals on 15 after a day patrolling at work it was a lot of pressure on my knees but I got through it.
It was on to the cable machine named started with a flat bar on a low 13kg to kick off and working up to 28.5kg which was feeling heavy today.
Overhead pull next starting at 16kg and again struggling up to 28.5 kg
Rope pull down starting low again at 13kg and moving up to 23.5 kg.
On to the triceps machine and kick off with 33kg and working up to 57.5kg feeling good.
With a fixed bar next and using a 20kg bar to start and then up to 30kg not quite ready for a jump to 35kg yet.
Some chest press to finish nice and light 19kg up to 26kg to finish the session off.
