Recovery day

 

All day I’ve had little irritating niggles, my low back was tight after yesterdays gym session, my glutes were tight after Sundays squats and a walk around Richmond park and even elbows a knees were grumbling. So with this all in mind and thinking I’ve got a lot of walking at work tomorrow I’ve decided to have a recovery day and let my body settle down.
