Leg day

 

It’s back to the gym as it’s raining outside. 

I started off with rowing machine just a nice gentle row. 

It was on to squats and as I’d had a couple of long days on my feet I didn’t push to hard. I started off with rowing with 50kg and worked up to 80kg. 

Prone leg curls next as the other machines were full. Starting off with 36kg and working up to 57kg.  

I jumped on the leg press next starting off light with 50kg and working up to 110kg. 

Leg extensions next and with 42.5kg and wirking up to 65kg 

Leg curls next 42.5kg and mirroring the extensions up to 65kg. 

It was a nice session.
