Back to the gym and I’m using a new gym diary ! It was rowing to start just nice and easy 3800 m in 30 mins
It was on to curls with the machine starting at 20kg and going up to 35kg.
Preacher next and with two 10kg plates to kick off and then adding 5 kg and going slow.
Preacher on the machine next starting with a 15kg plate and the upping it to 20kg.
Cable curls next and starting off with 13kg and going up to 25kg nice and slow.
Moving on to bar and using a 17.5 to start then upping it to 30kg to finish.
