Back to the gym chest day
It’s a return to the gym after enjoying the sunshine yesterday. It was cross trainer to start and a nice easy pace 2.7 km in 30 mins and 440c.
On to my chest workout and it was flys to start on the machine starting with 47kg and going up to 65kg
Incline press next and starting with 10kg on the bar then upping it to 20kg it was ok I should go a bit higher next time.
Decline is next door and was free so I matched the incline press weights.
Cable flys next and starting with 7.5kg a side nice slow flys working up to 12.5kg a side.
Machine press next starting with 19kg and upping it to 36kg to finish.
Abs to finish and starting with 57kg and working up to 72.5 kg yo finish.
