Back gym day
It’s back to the gym today and I was t feeling it, I was achy and grumpy but I thought I should push through besides I’d already allotted the time and I was going to meet Marta in Tescos after.
It was rowing machine to kick off with just a nice steady pace no records today ! 3900 metres in 30 mins.
Dead lift next I added two 10kg plates to start and then upped it to 20kg a side to finish.
Reverse fly next and starting at 42.5kg and then going up to 50kg.
Rear delt pull next starting at 17.5kg and going up to 23kg nice slow action.
Rows next but a slightly different machine to my norm to mix it up, starting with 33kg and going up to 50kg.
Lat pull downs to finish starting with 42.5kg and upping it to 50kg.
Not heavy today more a case of putting in the numbers and grinding out a set.
