Triceps gym day
Today’s gym focus was triceps. I started off with rowing machine not the record today just a nice steady pace.
It was on to the tri machine to start and starting heavier today at 50kg and going up to 73kg it was a good start.
On to the cable next and as the bar was fitted that’s where I started. 15kg to start and working up to 33.5kg it was a struggle to finish.
Over head pulls next and starting at 20kg and going up to 28kg not as heavy.
Normal rope pull downs next and again starting at 20kg and going up to 33kg
On to the bars next and 20kg to get the motion and moving up to 30kg as a working set !
Chest press to finish and starting with 20 kg and topping out at 35kg to failure.
It was a good session and it was nice to be back training after a rest yesterday !
