Shoulders

 

It’s a return to the gym and shoulders are on today’s agenda. 

It’s rowing machine to kick off with I pushed quite hard 4170m in 30min.

It was on to a shoulder work out with the press machine first, starting at 20kg and working up to 32.5kg at the finish. 

Then on to the lateral raise machine and starting higher at 25kg and going up to 32.5kg 

Shoulder press with a bar next starting with 17.5kg and going up to 30kg it was good and the bar didn’t feel that heavy. 

Up right rows next and I tried to match the press weights. 

Front plate raises next starting low with 10kg and going up to 20kg.

I had a slog in the gym diary and did some abs starting at 65kg and upping it to 80kg. 

It was a nice work out.
